Cash-Pay & Insurance Questions

By eliminating insurance billing, we reduce administrative complexity, provide upfront pricing, and allow our providers to focus on delivering high-quality patient care rather than navigating insurance requirements.

For many patients, especially those with high deductibles or no insurance, cash-pay urgent care can be a cost-effective alternative to an emergency room or traditional healthcare billing. You'll know your costs upfront, helping you avoid unexpected bills later.
Yes. We believe healthcare pricing should be transparent. Our team will discuss your visit costs before treatment begins whenever possible.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods. HSA and FSA cards may also be accepted for eligible medical expenses.
Depending on your insurance plan, you may be able to submit documentation for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Because every insurance plan is different, we recommend contacting your insurance provider directly regarding eligibility and reimbursement requirements.
