Visiting more than a few times per year?

At $150 per visit, three or four visits a year ads up quickly, and urgent care doesn’t cover the preventative and ongoing care in between. Upper Echelon Medical, our membership based primary care practice in the same suite, includes urgent-care level visits, annual physicals, and ongoing chronic condition care under one monthly membership fee. For many patients, its less than what an episodic visit costs.
